Mì Quảng is a Vietnamese dish originating from Quảng Nam Province of Central Vietnam. It is served with very little broth compared to Mì in other regions which are served with more broth. Some meats may include: shrimp, pork, chicken, fish or beef. It may be garnished with rice sesame crackers.
