I don’t mind the heat so much, it is the humid air that gets to me. I can be in very high temps but if the humidity is not high, I am fine. But I have heard some months are terrible humid in Mekong Delta!
Something that wasn’t mentioned that I think helps a lot is to bring one of those small hand fans. I have one that I can plug into my phone and it has helped me a lot when traveling to places that get super hot. They also sell ones with built-in water sprayers too.
